About CSI and our members:
CSI is the national association dedicated to creating standards and formats to improve construction documentation and project delivery. It is the only organization focused on fostering better communication within the project team.
With nearly 150 chapters and 14,000 members, CSI is the only professional organization who’s members span across all disciplines of the construction industry. The diversity of our membership brings wide-ranging perspectives; news on trends, techniques and materials; and fresh ideas—all to the benefit of our organization, our members and our industry. A Message from our President

February 2012
I thought the 50/50 Membership event for last month's meeting was very enjoyable. The program on the ADA changes provided a good insight to what will occur and it was a good introduction to what will be offered by the same presenter at the North Central Region Conference to be held in Omaha in April.
We had many guests that evening whom intend to take advantage of the half off membership fee to become members. According to the institute report I received, we have 14 new members who have joined us - 11 of those from the 50/50 Program. We look forward to having them as a part of our chapter. Welcome aboard!
One of the advantages of being a CSI member is the opportunity to receive certifications in different areas. At the upcoming February meeting, the certification programs that are offered will be explained. I encourage the new members to attend to get this important information. We will also be sharing other advantages of being a CSI member. It promises to be an informative meeting for both new and current members.
