We know you are going to want to do the all the events anyway! CSI members select either Conference Registration or Presidents Elect Training. Guest Registration is for your spouse, who will attend the Spouse Program. If your Spouse wants to have the run of the town and not par-take in the Spouse Program (Guest Registration) but wants to come to Saturday's Awards Dinner then select Banquet at the Zoo for your spouse. The Thursday Night Welcome Reception at SAC Museum and the Baseball Stadium tour of TD Ameritrade are at no extra cost to you! We do need you to say "Yes" or "No" if you will be attending these events. If you are a golfer, then add the Golf Tournament to your list. This golf course is amazing! Are you a non-csi member and here for the Continuing Education Seminars, then select which day you want to attend; Friday, Saturday or both days. Lastly, you can't go to a Baseball Stadium tour without wearing your new 2012 NCR Conference Jersey! We have blue for Conference attendee's and Red for NCR Staff! You have the choice of filling out the registration form online or emailing the form to us. It is easier to fill it out online and pay via credit card through Paypal online. When you fill out this form online, this sends the NCR staff an email and one to you confirming your information. Then go on to Paypal and pay by credit card or your personal Paypal account. You can also fill out the form and mail us a check as another option. Fill out who are you and all that basic information. If you go by a different name use the Badge Name, ie Robert Smith but go by Bob Smith. Make sure you indicate what entree you want of either Beef, Chicken, or Fish. The menu has not be finalized as of yet. If you decide to email the form to us, save the registration file to your desktop when you click on the link (right click and "save as"). You will then need to mail us a check and a printed form as well. After you register for the conference please make sure you book your hotel room at the reduced pricing. A block of rooms have been reserved for April 19, 2012 - April 22, 2012. The special room rate will be available until March 21st or until the group block is sold-out, which ever comes first.

Friday Night Dinner:The Friday night people are on their own but we thought it would be good to set up places to for people to go and meet other CSI people. We have tables reserved at several restaurants around the Old Market area if you are interested. We have selected a variety of different types to pick from. Check out the restaurants websites for menu and pricing. We will have a sign up sheet available when you check in at the conference. Most of these places are within walking distance of the Hotel.
